End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the PyUiBuilder desktop application ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

PyUiBuilder grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on a single device solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• You may not distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use of the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights is prohibited.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. PyUiBuilder retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PyUiBuilder disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PyUiBuilder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. PyUiBuilder may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.
